meet with you months before
your wedding to finalize
the details of the ceremony
and reception. You will
have the peace of mind knowing
that a professional wedding
coordinator will be there
to assist you on the most
important day of your life.
During our consultations
we will create a detailed
time-line that will list: |

- Rehersal
details and bridal party entrance
(The
rehersal will begin with the
coordinator pointing out the
responsibilities that each
person in the bridal party
will have including: Entering
& exiting order to and
from the altar, pacing during
the aisle walk, proper posture
and etiquette, etc.
- Pre-wedding
preparations (hair & make-up,
etc.)
- Items
to be set out (guest book,
party favors, etc.)
- Arrival
of vendors (photgrapher, cake
delivery, limo, etc.)
- Traditional
reecptio activities (toast,
cake cutting, first dance,
etc.)
- Create
a wedding program for the
ceremony (included with Event
Professionals invitations
orders).
- Design
a floor plan for the ceremony
and reception.
- Create
a seating chart.
